Pathway Consulting with Focus on Digital Transformation

We present a project approach used to methodically work out the implications of digital transformation in the context of a new heart center building. This new Berlin heart center is planned as a full-service provider of Cardiovascular Care. DHZC and Siemens Healthineers carried out a clinical pathway consulting project (2022) to analyze and optimize patient pathways and plan the new heart center accordingly, showcasing how digitalization is seen as a lever for more efficiency and better care.
