Connect leading C-suite operators, investors, advisors and suppliers together
The Healthcare Business International (HBI) Conference 2026 in Paris united over 1000 visionaries and changemakers from 45 countries with a shared mission: transforming global healthcare through collaborative innovation. This gathering brought together healthcare leaders (75% at C-level) and more than 300 investors, all committed to solving healthcare's most pressing challenges through partnership and bold thinking.
HBI remains a very relevant CEO-level event for the sector across Europe and Emerging Markets and served as the perfect event to bring together C-suite operators, investors, advisors and suppliers, under one roof, and facilitate essential conversation that will spark business growth.
Under this year's theme "Creating Value in Changing Times" the HBI agenda has explored how, despite shifting economic and geopolitical challenges, the healthcare focus remains true, and how creating value for patients, improving their access, outcomes, and experience is possible. Because one thing is undeniable: “Uncertainty creates opportunity, new investment paths and drives further innovation.”
As a long-term partner of HBI, Siemens Healthineers worked closely with HBI to create the agenda and participated in three panels.

Conference Date: March 22-24, 2027
Location: Paris, France
Venue: CNIT Forest
The panel explored how hospitals can achieve better health outcomes despite budget pressures, rising innovation costs, and increasing patient expectations. Key questions included how procurement can deliver equal or better outcomes at the same or lower cost, how to measure success in risk‑sharing agreements, and how industry should bear part of the cost if expected hospital benefits do not materialize.

This panel explored long-term strategies that combine innovation, integrated care delivery and scalable operating models to deliver impact for patients while supporting resilient growth and capital returns.
This panel explored ways to provide on-demand care that aligns with patient expectations, accelerates access, and improves outcomes. This can be achieved through stronger workforces, smarter infrastructure, and targeted investment.
