CEUS as an asset to improve workflow of patients with focal liver lesions

Healthcare systems today are under increasing economic pressure, and diagnostic imaging is key to defining therapy and patient management approaches. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) demonstrates high clinical accuracy comparable to CT and MRI for the characterization of focal liver lesions. This symposium presents data and clinical experience that show how CEUS can improve patient workflow for the assessment of focal liver lesions and help address the increasingly limited resources of imaging departments.
