Why can't I register for the Siemens Healthineers Events platform?
A registration on the Events platform might not be possible on two occasions: (1) you already are registered for Siemens Healthineers Online Services and can use the Log in with your user data. (2) registration is not available for some countries due to legal regulations. This case might occur for users from countries like Russia or China. In this case please contact your respective sales representative for more information.
Why did I not receive an E-Mail confirmation about my registration?
Please check your junk/spam folder. If the email is not there you may need to contact your Local IT to see if the SPAM filter caught it on the mail server (quarantined folder).
What are the system requirements for the Events platform?
The Siemens Healthineers Events platform was designed to function on Desktop and Mobile devices. For an optimized experience, the following recommendations should be followed: please use the recommended web browsers
