Purpose: You can contact us directly via contact forms and chat on this website and in particular provide your contact details. Siemens Healthineers processes the contact information you provide, such as your first and last name, e-mail address or telephone number, as well as information you provide in a support request, in order to respond to and clarify your contact or request.
Legal Basis: Legal basis for the processing is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). If your request is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Storage Duration: Your personal data will be stored for 2 years for sales requests and 6 months for all other requests.
Chatlogs for quality improvement will be anonymized before further processing.
Healthineers-ID
Purpose: For our Online Services we use a central single sign-on service. This enables users to register and authenticate once for our online services, such as Teamplay or Teamplay Fleet, Document Library or User Forum, using the same access data. After the registration for the service, the user can easily switch between the applications for which he is authorized.
In order to use the single sign-on service for our Online Services, personal data such as surname, first name, e-mail address, language, country are collected. This personal data is used to provide a standardized authentication and authorization mechanism for our various Online Services.
Legal Basis: Legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract regarding the provision of the single sign-on service as well as steps prior to entering into such contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations Siemens Healthineers is subject to (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).

Purpose: In order to attend an online press conference personal data such as name, media/publisher/company, e-mail address, language, country are collected in addition to the IP address and browser information which is technically required for the connection. This personal data is used to provide an overview who has attended.
Legal Basis: Legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Recipients: Recipient of your personal data is Microsoft, Digital Guest Solutions and Gahrens + Battermann.
Storage Duration: personal data will be discarded latest 7days after the event.
3D / Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality
Purpose: In order to see and interact with advanced content objects such as 3D or augmented or virtual reality we deliver the necessary data directly from optimized hosting environments. Personal data in form of IP address, cookies and browser information is technically required.
Legal Basis: Legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Recipients: Recipient of your personal data is Cramer (USA), Catalyst (USA), Microsoft or AWS.

Please note: the event will be recorded by Siemens Healthineers or third parties contracted by Siemens Healthineers. These recordings will be used to document the event internally and related communication with the event participants.
